Loopsing is a browser-based karaoke platform that allows users to create rooms, queue songs, and sing together. The service is free to use with optional paid subscription tiers that unlock additional features.

Accounts are created via Google Sign-In. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You may also participate as a guest without an account by joining rooms with a display name.

Las cuentas se crean mediante Google Sign-In. Usted es responsable de la seguridad de su cuenta. También puede participar como invitado sin cuenta.

Karaoke videos are sourced from YouTube and played through the official YouTube embedded player. Loopsing does not host, download, or redistribute any music or video content. All video content belongs to its respective owners and is subject to YouTube's Terms of Service.

Users are responsible for the display names and custom phrases they set within the platform.

Loopsing does not provide music performance licenses of any kind. If you use Loopsing at a commercial venue, you are solely responsible for obtaining any public performance licenses required by your jurisdiction (such as ASCAP, BMI, SESAC, or equivalent organizations).

Los videos provienen de YouTube y se reproducen a través del reproductor oficial. Loopsing no aloja ni redistribuye contenido musical. Los usuarios son responsables de sus nombres y frases personalizadas. Loopsing no provee licencias de ejecución musical. Si usas Loopsing en un local comercial, eres el único responsable de obtener las licencias de ejecución pública requeridas por tu jurisdicción.

You agree not to:

• Use offensive, discriminatory, or harassing display names or phrases
• Harass, bully, or intimidate other users
• Exploit bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the platform
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access the service
• Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the service for other users
• Circumvent any usage limits or restrictions

No use nombres ofensivos, no acose a otros usuarios, no explote errores del sistema y no use herramientas automatizadas para acceder al servicio.

Paid subscription plans are billed through LemonSqueezy. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.

Los planes de pago se facturan a través de LemonSqueezy. Puede cancelar en cualquier momento. La cancelación toma efecto al final del período actual. No se ofrecen reembolsos parciales.

The Loopsing name, logo, and branding are the property of Loopsing. YouTube content and music belong to their respective copyright holders. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute any part of the Loopsing platform without permission.

Loopsing is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.

Loopsing se proporciona “tal cual” sin garantías de ningún tipo. No garantizamos disponibilidad continua ni ausencia de errores.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Loopsing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from your use of the service.

Loopsing no será responsable de daños indirectos, incidentales, especiales o consecuentes derivados del uso del servicio.

We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of Loopsing after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
